AP Thailand prioritises the selection of project locations that enable residents to travel and carry out their daily activities conveniently across all its projects. The Company has incorporated public transport accessibility into its standardised criteria and processes for project site selection, design, and development. These criteria apply to condominiums, townhomes, and single-detached houses.

The criteria assess proximity and connectivity to existing rail and other public transport networks, convenient pedestrian access, and safe connections between project entrances and surrounding transport facilities. Projects located near BTS, MRT, SRT, or Airport Rail Link services can make it easier for residents with diverse mobility needs to commute to work, access amenities, and move around the city.
