This is analyzed to determine the impacts communities and society will receive, and the identified impacts are used to find preventive and corrective approaches to reduce risks that may affect communities and society (both directly and indirectly).
- Measures and guidelines for remedying human rights violations against communities.
- Process for building relationships with communities surrounding projects and neighboring areas.
- Project monitoring and follow-up process.

Before starting a project, AP Thailand conducts a comprehensive Human Rights Risk Assessment using Human Rights Due Diligence processes that align with international best practices to identify potential risks arising from various activities, such as construction and resource utilization in the area, including consideration of rights to access housing, safe living, and the well-being of communities surrounding the project.
